    o Retail Store Management, Compliance o Customer Experience Management o Sales, Calling Team Management, o Talent Acquisition & Talent Retention

    o Generate Periodic & ad-hoc reports for dealership management. o Maintain Records

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree / Diploma Required
  • Automobile Sales Experience of 4 year minimum
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automobile sector.
  • Familiarity with local automobile market and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with problem-solving attitude.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proWiciency in MS OfWice/CRM tools.
  • Fast in use of Mobile Applications
  • Ability to Perform in High pressure, Fast Moving, Customer Facing Environment
  • Should be able to Drive 2wheeler.
