Job Description

Role Summary: We’re looking for a strategic and digitally-driven Business Development Manager to lead Rock 1’s international sales growth — especially across European markets — while building and managing strong digital marketing pipelines. This role combines B2B investor acquisition, real estate sales, and digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on expanding Rock 1’s reach through online platforms, content marketing, and global investor channels. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: • Identify and acquire high-value clients (HNIs, NRIs, foreign investors) • Develop strategic partnerships with immigration consultants, property brokers, and investment firms • Represent Rock 1 at real estate expos, online investor events, and international webinars • Lead the sales funnel from lead qualification to deal closure for projects like Life Bay Montenegro Digital Marketing: • Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn) • Coordinate with creative teams on landing pages, sales videos, and campaign content • Manage CRM platforms, lead nurturing, and automated marketing workflows • Track analytics to optimize cost-per-lead and conversion ratios Cross-Functional: • Collaborate with the Creative Strategy Director and Marketing Head • Provide insights on investor behavior, market trends, and campaign performance • Maintain and grow Rock 1’s presence on Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, and real estate portals Ideal Candidate Profile: • 3–7 years of experience in Business Development or International Property Sales • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM tools like HubSpot or Zoho) • Excellent communication in English; Malayalam/Hindi/Arabic/Russian is a plus • Strong network among Gulf-based NRIs or experience in Europe-focused investment projects • Strategic thinker, self-driven, and results-oriented Perks: • Competitive salary + sales incentives • Travel opportunities (Dubai/Montenegro expos) • Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global brand in luxury real estate
