Job Summary:

Business Development Executive / Manager to join our team in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the recruitment and staffing space.
  • Reach out to HR heads, Talent Acquisition leads, and hiring managers to pitch our recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients using cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand hiring needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of business with new clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Required Skills:

Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct

    inside sales

    outreach to target potential clients across industries.
  • Build and maintain a qualified database of prospective clients.

Client Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Pitch recruitment and staffing solutions to HR teams and hiring managers.
  • Handle complete

    client onboarding

    process including documentation and agreement finalization.
  • Build customized proposals and present staffing models aligned with client needs.

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet business targets.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify industry trends and hiring demands.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and track conversion metrics using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction for repeat business.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for BDM level)
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the

    recruitment or staffing industry

    is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing solutions (permanent, contract, bulk hiring, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, job portals, and other business development tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment/staffing industry is a must
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email marketing platforms
