About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various departments from job posting to candidate onboarding. Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic or video) and coordinate technical/managerial interviews. Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment tracker or HRMS. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support smooth hiring processes. Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, documentation, and background verification. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (freshers with internship experience can apply). Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of hiring processes and timelines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in bulk or entry-level hiring. Exposure to HR operations or onboarding processes. Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
