Junior Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various departments from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic or video) and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the recruitment tracker or HRMS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and support smooth hiring processes.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, documentation, and background verification.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (freshers with internship experience can apply).
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of hiring processes and timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk or entry-level hiring.
• Exposure to HR operations or onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
