About the Role

Ambica Dhatu Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to drive growth and expand our presence in the real estate sector. The role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential, commercial, or industrial).
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, agents, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns and promotional activities.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and track competitor activities.
• Represent the company at real estate expos, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, real estate regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• 8 – 15 years of proven experience in real estate sales/business development.
• Prior experience in managing high-value property sales is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property sales, and leasing trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
• Languages: English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Vehicle: Own vehicle preferred (not mandatory).
