Civil Engineer

About the Company:

We are a reputed group of companies Ambica dhatu pvt. ltd engaged in manufacturing and trading in the chemical sector and allied industries. With a growing footprint across multiple units and infrastructure development projects, we are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage our construction, renovation, and structural development work.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Execution & Supervision:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure (factory sheds, administrative buildings, roads, drainage, storage tanks, chemical plants, etc.)
• Review and validate architectural and structural drawings and BOQs.
• Supervise site execution and ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of civil projects.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure all construction activities comply with government norms, environmental and safety standards specific to the chemical industry.
• Conduct structural audits and risk assessments of existing infrastructure.

Estimation & Costing:

• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines.
• Monitor project expenditure and control costs within the budget.

Maintenance & Upkeep:

• Periodic maintenance and repair of civil infrastructure across group companies.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for structural components.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain project records, progress reports, quality checklists, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and government officials as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
• Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments (chemical sector experience will be preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of industrial civil works.
• AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other project planning tools.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and environmental guidelines for chemical plants.
• Vendor coordination and site supervision.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
