Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction

and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet technical standards and are completed within budget and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical investigations and Prepare BOQs, technical specifications along drawings
Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with regulations
Liaise with contractors, If needed architects
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Resolve technical issues on-site promptly
Approve the bills-based project BOQ and completion
Maintain documentation for audits and CSR reporting purposes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering (B.E./B.Tech)/ Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in construction/project management/site supervision or retired person
Proficient in relevant civil design software
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (IS codes, CPWD/IRC

specifications, etc.)

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

Strong technical and analytical skills
Effective communication and team coordination
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
Knowledge of quantity estimation and billing
Experience with CSR infrastructure or rural development projects
Kannada, English and Hindi is must (reading and speaking)
Willing to travel for the site locations (70% will be travel)
