The Building Contractor (TBC), under Tribicon Pvt Ltd, is a Kochi-based design-build construction firm delivering premium residential and villa projects across Kerala. Our approach combines design creativity with structural precision — built with clarity, intent, and quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities, including supervising and monitoring site labour and subcontractors (as applicable to each project).
• Coordinate and organize materials, ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Review and approve technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Prepare work schedules and effectively communicate any changes to the team and clients.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written, to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as contracting agencies, owners, and other key parties.
• Ensure compliance with construction specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations by monitoring progress, conducting site inspections, and verifying measurements and placements.
• Support timely project completion by guiding and training site operators and workers.
• Prepare necessary reports and documentation as required.
• Identify and resolve unexpected technical issues or challenges during project execution.

Desired Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
• Additional certifications or licenses are preferable but not mandatory.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the construction field.
• Candidates preferably based in the Ernakulam area.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
