Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Chennai for a Business Development Manager (Real Estate). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating strategies for market expansion, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include networking with potential clients, conducting market research, presenting business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.
