Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, developing business strategies, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design and project management teams. The role requires active participation in industry events and networking to expand the company’s client base.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
