Job Description

🧑🤝🧑 Role: Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager/ Executive Open Locations: Chennai Geography to be covered: South States Travelling: 15 – 20 days in a month (locally as well in other states)  Experience Required: 5+ years in chemical sales, strong B2B engagement in pigments, resins, additive domains selling these to the segments like Paint, Plastics, Inks, Cosmetics, Textiles & Detergents. Your Responsibilities:  Develop the assigned zones for BDC and/or Kaleido within territories and industry verticals  Build and manage relationships with key accounts and strategically developing new customers  Develop and deliver monthly sales target via revenue generation in the assigned territories  Use CRM and ERP systems for efficient pipeline management and customer insights What We’re Looking For:  B.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.E. (Chemical)  Proven track record in chemical distribution sales (ideally pigments, specialty chemicals or resin segments)  Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high motivation and adaptability in travel- centric roles Compensation & Benefits:  Competitive package as per the relevant experience and incentives
