Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Noida Shift: India or US Job Role & Responsibilities: Identify Business Opportunities: Research and analyze new market prospects, understand client needs, and develop tailored strategies to generate new leads and drive business growth. Client Acquisition & Sales: Sell IT services including Web & Mobile Development, Staff Augmentation, DevOps Solutions , SEO, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing by initiating contact, building rapport, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication, superior service delivery, and a deep understanding of their evolving needs. Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to translate client requirements into actionable project plans, ensuring timely and successful project execution. Sales Strategy & Execution: Utilize effective sales methodologies and CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and track key performance metrics. Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to share market insights, align on goals, and contribute to overall business development success. Market Insight: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to better position services and craft compelling client proposals. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales within the IT services domain. Strong knowledge of services such as Web/Mobile Development, DevOps, Staff Augmentation, SEO, Digital Marketing, and Graphic Designing . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven success in lead generation and closing deals across domestic and international markets.
