Job Overview:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and job descriptions across various industries.
Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Ensure adherence to recruitment timelines and quality metrics.

Requirements:

0.6 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (RPO/Consultancy background preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

Experience in hiring for IT, Digital Marketing, and Technical roles.
Familiarity with recruitment CRM/ATS systems.

Salary: As per industry standards

Working Days: 6 Days (Mon–Sat)
