Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, managing client communications, identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Collaboration with internal teams to align solutions with client needs is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy.
• Experience in Market Research, Lead Generation, and identifying new opportunities.
• Proficiency in Proposal Writing, Presentation Skills, and Negotiation Methods.
• Understanding of IT Services within industries such as Logistics, Infrastructure, and Healthcare is advantageous.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and manage projects effectively.
• Availability to work on-site in Hyderabad and willingness to travel as needed.
