With a significant presence in India and neighboring countries, Oncquest operates over 50 labs, 500 Collection Centres, and 2500 Service Associates. Committed to excellence, the company conducts over 4,000 different tests spanning basic routine to highly advanced genomic testing. Oncquest is promoted by the Burman family, the promoters of Dabur.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Durgapur. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development and Sales
Strong market research and strategic planning skills
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
