Your key responsibilities will include: Instagram: Develop and manage a content calendar for a month. Implement strategies for boosting posts. Ideate and execute engaging Reels and posts. Plan and execute giveaways. Track daily insights and optimize strategies. Reach out to influencers for collaborations. Create seasonal or festive posts and Reels. Create trend-based posts and Reels. Facebook: Handle posts and videos similar to Instagram content. LinkedIn: Create and manage posts and videos for LinkedIn. YouTube: Full management of the YouTube channel. Upload YouTube Shorts and videos. Ideate and execute video content. Collaboration: Work closely with designers to create posts, Reels, and videos. Growth Plans: Devise strategies to increase followers across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Platform Management: Handle Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts (excluding responding to DMs and comments). Requirements: Prior experience in social media management. Strong creative skills for content ideation and execution. Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytics tools. As a Business Development Manager at Nutriherbs, a leading Nutraceuticals and Ayurvedic manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in accelerating both domestic and global sales footprint. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing business growth strategies to expand domestic and international sales. - Identifying, approaching, and onboarding new clients such as distributors, retailers, nutraceutical brands, private label customers, and institutional buyers. - Managing relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. - Driving international sales through export networks, distributors, e-commerce partners, and trade shows. - Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities. - Coordinating with internal teams (production, quality, compliance, R&D) to deliver client requirements efficiently. - Preparing business proposals, MoUs, quotations, and contracts. - Representing the company at national and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and B2B events. - Ensuring compliance with FSSAI, AYUSH, USFDA, EU regulations, and other global standards while discussing opportunities. - Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Nutraceuticals, Herbal, and Ayurvedic Manufacturing Facilities. - Strong network with distributors, healthcare professionals, and international buyers. - Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory frameworks (FSSAI, AYUSH, USFDA, EU compliance). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
