Job Title: Business Development Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment of objectives.
  • Maintain CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company and gather market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 3–5+ years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the Furniture -office work station , Modular Kitchen, Home furniture , Home Interior sector.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation tools.
  • Multilingual abilities (if relevant to the role).
  • Familiarity with B2B and/or B2C sales strategies.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position, typically Monday to Saturday.
  • May require occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, or industry events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,227.11 per month
