Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand market growth, building strong relationships with clients and partners, and developing effective sales strategies to meet targets. The individual will provide guidance to the sales team, deliver presentations to stakeholders, monitor market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction through personalized support. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics, preparing reports to evaluate business progress, and identifying improvement areas to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Business Development, Client Acquisition, and Sales Strategy
Strong knowledge in Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Data Interpretation
Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Client Management skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team with leadership and strategic planning competencies
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet sales and operational targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent will be an advantage
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory
