Responsible for end to end operations (from pickup to delivery) within the assigned area.• Oversee the operations of temperature-controlled shipments.• Coordinate with the delivery executives for tracking and ensure the shipments to be delivered on time.• Taking care of the branch operations (Service Center and delivery Center).• Planning & building network, executing entire end to end operations.• Collect, track & present metrics related to process team accuracy, efficiency and drive improvements inefficiency, throughout and cost across the branch operations.• Tracking and maintaining data for daily shipments.• Inventory management of boxes & data loggers.• Asset management of cold room & freezers
