About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive high-impact real estate sales and strategic growth. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong channel partnerships, and closing high-value residential and commercial real estate deals.


The ideal candidate is target-driven, strategic, and relationship-focused, with a strong grasp of market dynamics and sales leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities via market networking and insights


Develop and manage a network of channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients


Lead direct sales efforts, site visits, presentations, and deal closures


Create and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to boost visibility and lead flow


Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, Legal, Marketing, Operations) for seamless execution


Analyze competitor activities and market feedback to refine the business strategy


Deliver timely sales reports, MIS, and performance forecasts to senior leadership


Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and external presentations


Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real estate markets


Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills


Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets


Strong negotiation and deal-closing ability


Experience in team leadership or channel partner management (preferred)


CRM systems


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)


Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development (3+ years in real estate mandatory)
