Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities, including partnerships, retail locations, distribution channels, and e-commerce growth.
Conduct market research to analyze consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging products in the baby care industry.
Work with management to launch new product lines and seasonal promotions.
Develop wholesale and corporate partnerships with hospitals, nurseries, and parenting organizations.
Manage customer feedback and ensure excellent customer satisfaction standards.
Monitor sales reports, inventory, and customer insights to guide business decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or retail management.
Knowledge of retail operations, product merchandising, and e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
