Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager- Noida

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with at least 5 years of proven experience in IT solutions and digital transformation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our footprint in domestic and international markets.

This role requires a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and a results-driven leader who can identify opportunities, close deals, and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across global markets (India, USA, UK, UAE, Canada).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Drive end-to-end sales cycles – lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closure.

· Work closely with technical and marketing teams to design client-centric solutions.

· Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies tailored to client needs.

· Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets and revenue goals.

· Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

· Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

· Mentor and support junior team members in business development and sales strategies.

Skills SET:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management in IT/Software/Tech services.

· Strong understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Blockchain, ERP/CRM, Digital Marketing, Web & Mobile Development solutions.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

· Ability to build trust with CXOs, decision-makers, and enterprise clients.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings.

Shift Timing:-
3p.m. - 12 a.m.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
