Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

• Reaching out to potential brands and clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls to initiate business opportunities.
• Assisting in generating leads and building a strong, consistent pipeline for future growth.
• Conducting in-depth research on brands, market trends, and competitors to identify new business prospects.
• Supporting the sales team with client follow-ups and assisting in the process of closing deals.
• Creating impactful decks, proposals, and other sales materials tailored to client needs.
• Maintaining and updating the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of outreach efforts and performance.
• Participating in internal brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute fresh ideas and insights.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
