KSR GTRS is an end-to-end geotechnical service provider founded by a group of geotechnical experts led by Dr. K. S. Rao Emeritus Professor (retd.) from IIT Delhi. Has a complete in-house state of the art testing laboratory to carry out all variety of testing of Soil and Rock, conduct Geophysical, Seismic, Geological and Geotechnical field investigations, Kinematic analysis and Numerical modelling. The group expertise extends to Foundation design, Slope stability, Ground improvement, Tunneling and Underground structures.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Business development officer to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on client engagement and business development, working closely with our technical experts to deliver value-driven solutions. The position is primarily office-based at D-21 Corporate Park, Dwarka, New Delhi, with occasional visits to client offices for meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities across India in sectors such as railways, tunneling, mining, and construction including key clients like BRO, NFR, KRCL, government PSUs, and private infrastructure firms.

•       Communicate with clients to understand their problems, issues and technical requirements.

•       Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on our services and suitable proposals to clients.

•       Field visit when required for discussions or presentations.

•       Coordinate internally with technical director and project teams for proposal.

•       Maintain records of leads, communications, and opportunities.

Who You Are

•       Bachelor’s degree or M.Tech in geotechnical (preferably in Civil Engineering or a related technical field).

•       1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

•       Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

•       Confident, proactive, and willing to travel for client meetings when required.
