KSR- Geotechnical Testing and Research Solutions (KSR GTRS) started its operations from April 2024 and received the prestigious NABL Accreditation ( vide Certificate Number: TC-14802) has a complete in-house state of the art testing laboratory to carry out of testing of Soil and Rock, conduct Geophysical, Seismic, Geological and Geotechnical field investigations, Kinematic analysis and Numerical modelling . The group expertise extends to Foundation design, Slope stability, Ground improvement, Tunneling and Underground structures Dr. Rao served as President of both Indian Geotechnical Society and Indian Society for Engineering Geology. Prof. Rao delivered the 41st IGS Annual Lecture, 8th IGS Terzaghi Oration, 6th Victor De Mello Oration and received prestigious Kueckelman award and “Life time achievement award”. His recent geotechnical modelling work for assessing the stability of Chenab bridge abutments has cleared the way for the construction of Jammu-Baramulla Rail Link of National importance and investigated collapse of Silkyara Tunnel In NH-134, Uttarakhanda for the MORTH . Job Title: Business Development Executive: Geotechnical Services Location: Delhi Experience: 3–5 Years Industry: Geotechnical / Civil Testing / Engineering Consultancy Employment Type: Full-Time Role Summary We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to lead nationwide client engagement and expansion initiatives. If you thrive at the intersection of technical expertise and relationship-building, we want to meet you. Key Responsibilities Drive business development in geotechnical and ground engineering services across India Identify and qualify leads, engage key stakeholders including consultants and contractors Present KSR’s service offerings confidently and close high-impact deals Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy client relationships Liaise with KSR’s technical teams for project alignment and service delivery Represent KSR at technical events, trade shows, and industry forums Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, MBA, or related field 3–5 years of experience in geotechnical or civil engg as a business development executive Strong command of English and Hindi; confident in business meetings and technical presentations Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills Willingness to travel extensively across India Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Application Question(s): Current Salary: Expected Salary: Present Organization / Notice Period: Experience: Business development: 3 years (Required) Language: Hindi and English (Required) Work Location: In person
