Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves frequent collaboration with the event planning and execution teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Strategic Planning and Market Research skills
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Event Management and Coordination experience
• Proficiency in using Canva and other Presentation Making tools.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Planning
