The Role We are seeking an ambitious Business Development & Sales Manager with 2–3+ years of relevant experience to secure new client partnerships. You will consult with marketing and brand leaders on how to use next-generation technology to achieve high engagement and measurable results. A strong network and established relationships with advertising and media agencies are highly preferred. Your Focus You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of high-impact digital solutions, including: Immersive Technologies: Augmented Reality (AR) filters, Web AR campaigns, and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences. Generative AI: Personalized greetings, AI-powered celebrity video messages, and image generation for viral marketing assets. Gaming: Mobile/web game development and branded casual games. Visual Content: CGI Video Ads Brand Films: TVC, DVC, and end-to-end video production. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with brands and their partner agencies. Present and pitch custom digital solutions that align with client campaign goals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients. Qualifications 2–3+ years of proven sales or BD experience in a digital agency, ad-tech, game studio, or technology-focused creative environment. Existing network and relationships with key decision-makers at advertising and media agencies is a significant advantage. Strong knowledge of AR/VR, Generative AI, or Gamification within the marketing landscape. Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with enterprise clients.
