Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving growth. Day-to-day tasks involve creating proposals, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, sponsorship and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis skills
• Event Planning, Project Management, and Budget Management skills
• Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in the Event Management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing, or related field
