Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier-1 clients.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients through consistent communication.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure successful delivery and fulfillment of client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.
Maintain detailed knowledge of staffing industry trends and competitors.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets in terms of revenue and client acquisition.
Generate leads via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
Prepare and present business proposals and performance reports to leadership.

Key Requirements:

2 to 7 years of experience in Business Development in
US IT Staffing
, working with
Tier-1 clients
.
Strong network and relationships with existing Tier-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment life cycle, and US work authorizations (W2, C2C, 1099).
