Role Desc</strong>riptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Rudrapur for a Business Development Manager. The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.QualificationsStrong business strategy, market analysis, and client acquisition skillsExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsSales and account management experience with a focus on meeting targetsAbility to manage client relationships and retain long-term partnershipsKnowledge of the transportation or logistics industry, including FTL, PTL, and ODC consignmentsProficiency in using CRM software and basic office applicationsProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
