Location: Greater Noida

Our client - a start up in Cybersecurity & Digital Forensics with 60+ employees - is looking for hunters who thrive on winning new business and closing deals.

As a Business Development Manager, you will own a 812 Cr annual quota, directly

generating new revenue from mid-to-large enterprise accounts in cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, GRC, Awareness SaaS, Threat Intel, DFIR).

This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility. You will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, pipeline building and closing your own logos, while also supporting enterprise pursuits led by Senior BD Managers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Revenue Ownership & Quota Achievement
  • Carry and exceed an annual revenue quota of 8 - 12 Cr.
  • Consistently deliver quarterly sales targets for new business and renewals.
  • Maintain 6 to 8x pipeline coverage through disciplined sales activity.
  • Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to leadership.
  • Hunting & Pipeline Generation
  • Identify and acquire new logos across BFSI, Healthcare, SaaS and Enterprise verticals.
  • Drive outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking and events.
  • Develop and execute account-based prospecting strategies for top targets.

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery qualification solutioning proposal negotiation closure.
  • Engage with CISOs, CIOs, Risk Heads and IT Directors to position cybersecurity offerings.
  • Drive value based and consultative selling, aligning solutions with customer pain points.
  • Account Growth & Expansion
  • Build strong multi-threaded relationships inside accounts.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Proactively drive upsell and cross-sell across SOC, GRC, SaaS and Threat Intel portfolios.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and renewals by working with delivery teams.

Collaboration & Ecosystem Leverage

  • Work with Pre-Sales to run PoVs, demos and technical justifications.
  • Partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, events and thought leadership webinars.
  • Collaborate with Alliances & Channel partners (MSPs, SIs, OEMs) to create joint GTM opportunities.
  • Share competitive intelligence and market trends with leadership to refine sales playbooks.

Reporting & Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Track and report deal progression, pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure all proposals, contracts and pricing approvals follow compliance guidelines.
  • Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and strategy meetings with Senior BD leadership.

Thought Leadership & Representation

  • Represent the company at industry forums, cybersecurity conferences and CXO events.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by staying updated on emerging threats and regulations.
  • Contribute to case studies, success stories and client references that strengthen brand credibility.
