Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Manager International Sales to lead and manage our international sales operations. This individual will be responsible for building and guiding the international sales team, achieving monthly and quarterly targets, expanding into new markets, and maintaining strong client relationships globally. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with prior experience in exports, international B2B sales, and managing a high-performance team. Role & responsibilities Desired Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Master’s degree in International Business , Marketing , or a related field. Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in sales management or team leadership , preferably in export-oriented businesses or B2B international sales. Team Management: Proven track record in managing and motivating a sales team to meet or exceed defined targets, with the ability to build a high-performance culture. Export Knowledge: Solid understanding of export procedures , international documentation, logistics , Incoterms , and compliance with international trade norms . Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication , strong leadership qualities , and sharp negotiation skills suited for dealing with international buyers. Tech & CRM Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (preferably Bitrix or equivalent), structured reporting, and proficiency in using digital sales channels and tools. Adaptability & Mobility: Willingness to travel internationally as required and adapt to various market conditions and cultures.
