Experience:
2 to 6 years of experience in
sales management

team leadership

export-oriented businesses
or B2B international sales.
Team Management:
Proven track record in managing and
motivating a sales team
to meet or exceed defined targets, with the ability to build a high-performance culture.
Export Knowledge:
Solid understanding of
export procedures
, international documentation,
logistics

Incoterms
, and compliance with
international trade norms
.
Communication & Leadership:
Excellent
verbal and written communication

leadership qualities

negotiation skills
suited for dealing with international buyers.
Tech & CRM Skills:
Hands-on experience with
