Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to identify and attract potential clients, particularly from the US market. Generate leads and manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract signing and project initiation.
  • Sales and Client Management: Write proposals, manage client accounts, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Set realistic expectations with clients regarding services and outcomes
  • Prospecting for new clients and turning it into increased business.
  • End-to-End Business Development: Lead the entire business development process from identifying opportunities to closing deals
  • Client Networking: Utilize your extensive network and connections with medium to large enterprises to generate new business opportunities from US market
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Cold call as appropriate within a defined market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Set up meetings between client decision-makers and the Organizations practice leaders.
  • Identify opportunities through Online Marketing campaigns, client references, and other networking channels, which will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for the Sales function, and ensure accurate data.
  • Track and record activity on all potential clients and help to close deals to meet the Annual Sales target.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Inside sales, business development or related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales
  • Time Zone Adaptability: Be willing to work in US shift
