Role & responsibilities Understand the problem of customers and handle escalations. Provide customer support to clients through Voice and Non-voice Oversee customer service operations to ensure high standards of service delivery. Review patient charts, medical summaries and process invoices for coding completeness and compliance. Support QA activities and collaborate with UK/US clinicians and our India analytics team to ensure data integrity and coding consistency.
