Job Description: Business Development Manager (Insurance)
Location: Open / As per business requirement

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager Insurance who will be responsible for driving sales and building strong distribution channels across Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance (Two-Wheeler & Private Car). The role involves building a strong distribution, Engage and Training the products and sales pitch, drive the business.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth across Life, Health, and General Insurance products
Handle Motor Insurance Two-Wheeler and Private Car
Develop and manage POSP's, Dealers, Direct B to C verticals available.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
Identify and onboard new distributors/ dealers, posp's and Operate direct B to C vertical.
Build strong relationships with existing dealers and business partners, POSP's.
Ensure smooth coordination for policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals
Support partners with product knowledge, pricing, and process guidance
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Ensure compliance with company and IRDA regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of Life, Health, and General Insurance products
Experience in POSP handling, channel sales, or disributors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Good understanding of insurance processes
Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
Graduation in any discipline.
Preferred Experience
2+ years experience in Insurance Sales / Business Development
Experience working with brokers, agents, dealers,
Local market knowledge is an added advantage
