Job Description

Area Sales Manager Used Car Loans

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with strong exposure to the used car ecosystem. The role involves team leadership, channel expansion, relationship management, and ensuring smooth operational processes across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and lead an efficient sales team with solid used-car industry experience.
Achieve channel empanelment targets and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Network with financiers to improve approval TAT and achieve financer-wise business targets.
Drive productivity of sales executives as per organizational targets.
Implement area-wise expansion plans and ensure business growth.
Deliver P&L targets for the assigned area.
Achieve channel activation targets as per business requirements.
Ensure invoices are collected on time from partners or customers.
Ensure RC transfer is completed within
30 days
of disbursement.
Empanel and manage RTO agents across all relevant locations for smooth RC transfers.
Obtain customer consent for all company communication and follow compliance protocols.

Required Experience & Skills

45 years of experience in the used-car industry
, including at least
1 year in a supervisory role
.
Strong understanding of used-car sales processes, financing workflows, and RC transfer procedures.
Good communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Ability to build strong partner and financier relationships.
Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing field operations.
