Job Description

Sales Relationship Manager Used Car Loans

We are looking for a Sales Relationship Manager with strong used-car market experience. The role focuses on channel development, relationship management, disbursement coordination, and ensuring smooth documentation and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve channel expansion targets, including creation of new channel codes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and DSAs.
Achieve disbursement targets set by the organization.
Meet the minimum productivity standards defined by the company.
Verify RTO documents and ensure vehicle delivery checks before disbursement.
Ensure RC transfer with financier hypothecation is completed within
30 days
.
Maintain transparent communication with customers regarding all charges and loan details, with proper consent.
Ensure customer consent for all company-related communication.
Follow compliance and operational guidelines for all processes.

Required Experience & Skills

12 years of experience in used-car dealer sales
in the local market.
Good understanding of used-car buying/selling processes, documentation, and financing.
Strong relationship-building skills with dealers, DSAs, and customers.
Good communication skills and ability to meet targets consistently.
Self-driven and comfortable with field operations.
