About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and grow our Two-Wheeler Loans business in Kerala. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in the same industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business targets through team management and channel expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Two-Wheeler Loans business across Kerala with full responsibility for sales, operations, and portfolio quality.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team across districts.

Strengthen relationships with dealers and other channel partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.

Ensure compliance, credit discipline, and high-quality sourcing.

Review performance metrics and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure a smooth business flow.

Required Experience & Skills

8 to12 years of experience in the Two-Wheeler Loans industry (mandatory).

Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving business targets.

Good understanding of credit policies, documentation, and risk management.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Ability to travel across Kerala as needed.

Qualifications

Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline.

MBA preferred but not mandatory.
