POSITION OVERVIEW

The Area Manager / Circle Manager / Cluster Manager responsible for managing relationships with banking partners, driving sales performance, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Relationship Development:

  Establish and maintain strong relationships with bank partners, understanding their needs and aligning our insurance solutions to meet those needs.

• Strategic Planning:

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Bancassurance model to maximize revenue growth and market presence.

• Sales Performance Monitoring:

  Analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress, identify trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.

• Problem Solving:

  Responsible for generating new channel and coordinating with old channel for resolving their concerns/needs and provide services

• Sales Performance:

  Drive sales performance by promoting Tata AIGs insurance products through banking channels, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

• Training and Support:

  Provide training and ongoing support to bank staff on our products and sales processes, ensuring they are well-equipped to sell insurance effectively.

• Market Insights:

  Gather and analyze market intelligence and feedback from banking partners to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.

• Compliance:

  Ensure that all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring they achieve and exceed sales targets within the Bancassurance channel.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Any Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience ; Bancassurance experience preferred

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
