Proven Team Management: Bring at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of 5 to 10 Area Business Managers or 3 to 4 Territory Managers (who have further direct reports), specifically in the curriculum sales sector. Track Record of Success: You should have a proven history of achieving individual or team targets of ?5 Crores or more in previous curriculum sales roles. Regional Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of and established connections within the region for which you are applying. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and the relevant regional language for your designated territory. Growth Mindset: Be a proactive go-getter who takes complete ownership of their territory and has the drive and attitude to build and expand it from the ground up.
