We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 2 to 4 years of experience in software and digital solutions sales. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to lead generation, cold calling , and client acquisition , especially in selling web and mobile solutions, branding, and UI/UX services. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation methods Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and actively follow up to convert into business opportunities Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand their business needs and pitch relevant digital services Present tailored proposals and quotations for website development, branding, design, and mobile app services Work closely with internal teams to coordinate pre-sales, project scope, and technical feasibility Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets Maintain records of all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Attend networking events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company’s offerings Requirements 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B software/digital services sales Proven experience in cold calling , lead generation , and deal closures Strong understanding of web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and branding solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems Self-motivated, proactive, and a quick learner Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
