Job Description

Candidate should be from Highway/Infrastructue Consultency Organisation Responsibilities Bidding and Tendering Management in infrastructure consultancy projects for like roadways, highways, bridges, tunnels, and railways. In Depth knowledge about RFP of DPR, AE & IE projects. Responsible for hiring & recruiting of all types of Key and Sub Key Professionals for Infrastructure Consultancy Sector like Highway, Railway/Metro and others Recruitment of all categories staff on the basis of Terms of Reference (TOR) To fulfil all urgent positions at project site as well as corporate office & all International positions according to RFP & through other resources e.g. Morth Infracon, Monster, Naukri & India Times & other agencies. Assist in the coordination of the interviews for all candidates in a professional & prepared manner. Responsible for requirement of Key Personnel for highway projects. Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to identify each positions requirements Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles Contact past applicants for new job opportunities Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System and other internal databases Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires Measure and report on recruiting metrics, like source of hire and time-to-fill Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, or similar role in Infrastructure Consultancy Sector Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management software Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge) Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
