Job Description

You are applying for a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager at HyprOnline in Gurugram. Your main responsibilities will include working independently and assisting the Director - Sales in tasks related to new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives. - Identify and target potential clients in India and abroad through various channels such as networking, cold calling, online platforms, referral networks, exhibitions, and emails. - Assist the Sales Director in the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. - Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term clients. - Generate high-quality leads through digital marketing, events, referrals, and partnerships. - Qualify leads and manage them through the sales pipeline. - Schedule and conduct meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. - Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. - Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA in Sales & Marketing will be given priority. - Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development, sales, or a similar role within the digital marketing industry or advertising. - Skills: Excellent knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development. Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.,
