Motion Graphics Video Editor (Assistant Manager)

You will be a part of Hypronline, which is a Creative Agency vertical of Javix Media Pvt Limited, an integrated Content, Community, and Brand Marketing Company with a daily online reach of more than 10 million people. The company is striving to become one of the world's largest integrated Content Development, Distribution & Marketing companies across various online and offline Platforms. In your role as a Video Editor at Hypronline, your key responsibilities will include: - Editing long-form podcasts for YouTube & Instagram. - Creating short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Clips) for social media. - Enhancing videos with colour correction, sound design, and transitions for a professional finish. - Managing multi-camera footage, overlays, and subtitles to improve storytelling. - Staying updated with video trends and suggesting innovative content ideas. - Creating Explainer Videos and reels using motions graphics (2d, Whiteboard, VFX). What we are looking for in a candidate: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and modern AI tools like Runwayml (Must). - Strong storytelling skills with the ability to make videos engaging and visually appealing. - Experience in editing podcasts, interviews, or long-form content is a big plus. - Ability to create short, engaging clips for social media. - Sound knowledge and expertise of motion graphics, typography, and overlays to add depth to videos. - Basic audio mixing & colour grading experience. - A creative mindset with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your experience should include a minimum of 2 years in Video Editing for social media with an agency, developing, and creating amazing content. It is preferred if you have a degree in Video Editing and Motion Graphics and knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
