The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. Job Location: Naigaon, Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Conduct presentations and product/service demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align efforts. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to generate leads. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a BDM, Sales Executive, or in a similar role (typically 2–7 years). Strong understanding of sales principles, business development, and negotiation techniques. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in [Industry- Oil and Gas, EPC etc.]. Existing network of industry contacts. Ability to travel as required.
