At HomeLane, we are on a mission to redefine the way people design their dream homes. As a BDE / BDM, you will play a vital role in driving growth by building and managing Builder Partnerships and Channel Accounts.
🚀 Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with builders and key decision-makers to form strong associations.
Develop and manage partnerships, share periodic reports, and track progress.
Drive leads, meetings, and secure bookings through strategic relationships.
Conduct effective Builder / Channel Partner meetings.
Drive B2B & B2B2C qualified meetings and partnerships.
Organize marketing campaigns, events, and lead-generation activities.
Ensure smooth reporting, monitor CAC, and coordinate payouts.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Visakhapatnam region.
Excellent presentation, communication, and listening skills.
Data-driven decision-making with a hustler’s mindset.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong customer orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ethical professionalism.
Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
