Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Hirlekar Precision, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of existing products, exploring new markets, and fostering relationships with both current and potential customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the regions of India, Middle East, and Asia. - Conducting market research to identify potential customers and distributors, and establishing strong relationships with them. - Identifying market needs and opportunities for new product development. - Presenting product solutions to potential clients, engaging in negotiations, and ultimately closing sales. - Representing the company at exhibitions and tradeshows to promote and sell our range of instruments. To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should: - Be based in Pune. - Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the instrumentation field, specifically in pressure, temperature, or flow instruments. - Demonstrate ambition, proactiveness, and strong communication skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Proficiency in additional Indian or foreign languages is considered a strong advantage. - Have prior experience in and be willing to travel within India, as well as to the Middle East and Asian countries.
