Business Development Manager – Measurement Instrumentation Candidate would be responsible for the sales of existing products, identifying new products and markets and maintaining relationship with existing and new customers. Responsibilities: Developing and implementing a sales plan for India, Middle East and Asia. Researching and building relationships with new potential and existing customers and distributors for our products. Understanding market requirements for new product development opportunities Presenting the solutions to potential customers, negotiating and closing a sale Visiting exhibitions and tradeshows to market and sell our products You are the right candidate if you: Are located in Pune Have 5+ years experience in the instrumentation field (pressure / temperature / flow etc) Ambitious and proactive. Role & responsibilities Design and develop new pressure instrumentation products from concept through production release Perform engineering calculations for pressure-containing components, mechanical movements, and sensing elements Conduct design reviews and failure mode analysis to ensure product reliability and safety Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, and performance Create and validate design specifications, test procedures, and technical documentation Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues Support product testing, calibration, and certification activities Evaluate and select materials, components, and suppliers for new designs Provide technical support for customer applications and field issues Preferred candidate profile Previous work with pressure sensing elements (bourdon tubes, bellows, diaphragms) Experience with sector gear and pinion mechanisms or similar precision movements Knowledge of calibration, hysteresis, and temperature compensation methods Understanding of differential pressure applications (flow, level, filtration monitoring)
Role & responsibilities Export shipment planning. Preparing Export Invoicing along with necessary documentation for customs. Booking shipments with courier companies & tracking shipments. Daily Invoice and other documents checking. Interaction with courier company, CHA, Transporter etc. Work related to export benefits like MEIS, Drawbak, EPCG & IGST refund Import Clearance documentation. Post Export & Import documents submission to Bank. Reply to Bank query related to submitted Export & Import documents. Weekly payments follow up / outstanding reminders to foreign customers. Preferred candidate profile 3-4 years of experience in handling export / import documentation & procedures.
